MLPOA dues are currently set at $125 per year, per owner (husband and wife). If multiple families own a lot, each family owes Association dues if they want to belong to the association and have a vote.
We tried to set up credit card payment via PayPal, but the charges were almost $4 per transaction so we’ve tabled that plan for the time being.
Payments can be made by check or money order. Please make it out to MLPOA and you can pay at the annual meeting or mail it to:
